4. Client Data & Device Confidentiality During diagnostics, data recovery, or repair procedures, our technicians may have incidental access to data stored on your computer, drives, or mobile devices:

  • We do not copy, open, browse, or retain personal client files unless specifically requested by you to perform data migration or data recovery.

  • Any temporary backup images created during data recovery or migration are deleted from diagnostic drives once the job is signed off.

  • Microsoft 365: Calendar bookings, emails, and service records are secured within encrypted Microsoft cloud infrastructure using multi-factor authentication (MFA).

  • Payment Processing: On-site card transactions are processed securely via Square in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

  • Accounting Records: Invoicing records are securely maintained in Rounded for statutory Australian tax compliance.
